TERMS AND CONDITIONS CARIBBEAN AIRLINES E-BULLETIN PROMOTION
Eligibility:
- Tickets must be purchased on caribbean-airlines.com during the period July 10 to August 31, 2009, for travel between July 10 to October 31, 2009
- You must possess all required travel documents including a valid passport and a valid visa for travel. Employees of Caribbean Airlines, their immediate families, and employees of any companies engaged by Caribbean Airlines to promote this competition are not eligible to enter this competition
- Tickets purchased online for travel between Trinidad and Tobago will be exempt from this promotion
Prize Restrictions:
- Winner is responsible for all insurance, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses not specified herein and associated with acceptance or use of the ticket.
- Tickets are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind
- Winners and travel partners must travel during stipulated periods
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Caribbean Airlines will not cover the costs of government fees and taxes associated with the fare
- Routes operating under Caribbean Airlines code share agreements are excluded from this promotion
To Claim Prize:
- Winners will be notified daily by phone and e- mail. However, if Caribbean Airlines is unable to contact you within 48hrs your winning entry, you will forfeit your prize.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for purpose of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation
Credit Card Notice:
The payment processing system of Caribbean Airlines’ website uses 3-D Secure Technology for both MasterCard (MasterCard SecureCode) and Visa (Verified by Visa). If your financial institution is using 3-Secure you will be redirected a branded webpage where you will be required to provide details for verification purposes. Should you encounter a “Failed to Verify with Card Provider” error message on our payment page or experience other problems with this process, please contact your issuing bank immediately.
