Business Class Upgrade Reminder
Caribbean Miles Members are reminded that reservation requests must be booked in B/M/K/Y to be eligible for business class upgrades.
When making your original booking with Caribbean Airlines or your travel agent, be sure to indicate that you intend to request a Business Class upgrade using your miles to ensure that the appropriate fare is quoted and ticket issued.
A service charge fee of USD30.00 (for Intra-Caribbean journeys) and USD50.00 (for journeys between North America and the Caribbean) is applicable.

Enrollment
When you enroll with Caribbean Miles, you will receive 2,500 bonus miles as our way of saying "Welcome Aboard". You can enroll online or by filling out our membership application form at any Caribbean Airlines ticket office.
Member Kit & Member Guide
If you apply via our offices, your temporary member account number will be visible at the top right of the application leaflet/ if you apply via our website your member account number will be sent to you via email within 48hours.
Within 4-6 weeks of applying for membership, you will receive your Member Kit with your permanent Caribbean Miles Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) . The(PIN)is designed to protect your account from misuse. Please keep your PIN confidential and do not provide it to anyone other than a Caribbean Miles Representative.

Keep up-to-date
You will receive a Caribbean Miles statement every quarter, once there is activity in your account. But there’s no need to wait for your statement to arrive! You can log on to View my miles where you can check your mileage balance, expiry date and a history of your last 10 transactions. You can also call the Miles service centre at the undermentioned number where you can access our automatic system 24 hours. All you need is your member account number and PIN.
Miles Expiration
Miles are automatically expired after 24 consecutive months of no activity resulting in accrual of miles on the account.
