We take all our passengers' tastes into consideration by incorporating both Caribbean and Western cuisine into our menus. Our meals are pork and peanut-free and are rotated on a regular basis to facilitate the Frequent Traveler.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary in Business Class. In Economy class we offer a wide selection of complimentary non-alcoholic drinks.

On all our flights we carry our famous Angostura and Appleton Rum, Red Stripe, Carib and Stag Beer and world-renowned Angostura Bitters, all of which are produced in either the islands of Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago. Also on offer is a selection of fine wines from the vineyards of the world.
Dietary Needs
Business and Economy Class passengers with specific dietary needs have the option of ordering a special meal prior to travel:

Diabetic – Sugar Free; Low carbohydrate

Vegan – Pure Vegetarian Meal; No seafood, diary, eggs, honey, gelatin

Allergic Reaction -Caribbean Airlines meals do not contain peanuts, pork or by-products of pork.  We cannot guarantee meals or an environment onboard completely free from allergens so we recommend you bring your own meal and the  appropriate emergency medication in the event  of exposure.
Business Class Entrees
Business Class: Pre-Order Service

We offer our Business Class passengers a pre-order meal service. Orders can be placed up to 24 hours prior to the flight's scheduled departure time. Business Class Pre-Order service is available via the Call Center only.
