PERISHABLES

We inspect the condition of perishables upon receipt and take the utmost care to ensure that packages are adequately protected against leakage, spillage and contamination from other cargo. We specialise in the shipment of fresh cut flowers, hatching eggs, fresh packaged meats, chocolates, fruits and vegetables, frozen and chilled fish, vaccines, newspapers, magazines and much more.

We understand perishables are extremely time sensitive and delicate and we take pride in the fact our staff have been trained in the handling of items such as these.

Requirements for exporting perishables

	Reserving Air transport: Contact Caribbean Airlines Cargo Customer Service Department, or email Caribbean Airlines cargo.
	Labelling: All cargo should be properly labelled: Consignee / shipper, Address, Telephone contact
	Tender times: Please contact your local Caribbean Airlines Cargo office for Cargo acceptance and flight close off times.

Documents required for exporting

	One valid form of identification (Passport/ National ID)
	Shipping Bill
	Caricom Invoice (If Applicable)
	Phyto-sanitary Certificate (If Applicable)
