Caribbean Airlines is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Courtney A. McNish as Vice President of Human Resources. McNish joins Caribbean Airlines with more than 30 years of experience leading Human Resource programmes in Trinidad and Tobago, and will be a key addition to the airline’s strategic executive group.

Courtney most recently served as Group Human Resources Manager at TCL Group of Companies where he led the human capital management function, managed staff integration of Caribbean Cement Company, oversaw industrial relations, and created employee development programmes. His vast experience also includes human resource leadership roles at Carib Brewery/Carib Glass, Airports Authority of Trinidad & Tobago, and Canning & Company.

At Caribbean Airlines, McNish will be responsible for the company’s strategic and operational human resource management, organizational planning, labour relations, and benefit and compensation programmes. He will begin his role at Caribbean Airlines effective 04 August 2008.
