Trinidad Carnival 2011 - Monday Madness? Is sassiness!!!
Trinidad Carnival is the biggest festival in the region. This year it took place in March. Visited by many expats and other islanders; after several weeks of parties (aka fetes), calypso, soca, mas and pan competitions, the finale is the people taking over the streets to masquerade in their costumes on Monday and Tuesday. If you didn't make it this year, well here's some of Monday's liming action.
We looking forward to February's Trinidad Carnival 2012 ... can't wait.
