Perhaps more than any other time of the year, Christmas is for children, and the season for giving. Caribbean Airlines staff recently brought some welcome holiday cheer to children being treated at the JBF Paediatric Specialty Unit, Wendy Fitzwilliam Paediatric Hospital, Mount Hope. In partnership with the Just Because Foundation, a paediatric cancer support organisation, the Caribbean Airlines “Wings of Love” staff group spent time with the children and presented them with holiday gifts. “We were so inspired by the grace of the kids. No one wants to be sick but they showed us how to be thankful and optimistic especially when it’s tough to do so. They are all truly remarkable,” said Alicia Cabrera, Senior Marketing Manager, Caribbean Airlines.

We never wanted this surcharge to be a permanent feature of our fares. Thus, when our largest expense – fuel, came down, we wanted our customers to benefit.
