Conditions for Travel

Making Reservations
Members may make reservations by contacting 7th Heaven Rewards Service Centre advising agent that they will be redeeming miles for a rewards ticket.

Open Jaw Travel
Open-jaw travel (origin and destination are different on the same ticket) between two cities is acceptable.  Members will be credited the applicable rewards miles for the individual flight segments flown.

Stopover flights
Each rewards ticket is allowed one stopover in an en-route city on the booked itinerary.You can request one additional stopover at a cost of US$25 plus applicable Government taxes.
 
Travel Interruptions 
Rewards travel is only provided for specific airline(s) named on the rewards ticket.

Members who voluntarily opt to re-route on a non-Caribbean Airlines partner will not be able to request rewards miles credit for their original itinerary.

In the event of a travel disruption which occurs on the scheduled day of travel, such as cancelled or delayed flights, members will receive the same considerations as a full-fare passenger on the same flight.

Capacity Controls
Bookings for standard rewards tickets including upgrades are subject to capacity controls.
If seats are unavailable, the member may request an alternate flight or date.

Sale of Rewards Tickets or Rewards Miles
7th Heaven Rewards members may not sell or barter rewards tickets or rewards miles to any persons within or outside of the 7th Heaven Rewards programme.

Any rewards obtained in this manner will be considered void. The member may be held liable for the full fare, damages, any litigation, or transaction cost which may result there from.

Any violation may result in the termination of the member from the 7th Heaven Rewards programme or any subsequent programs offered. If such a trip has commenced, any continuing transportation will be at the member’s expense.

Rewards tickets obtained in this way will not be re-deposited and rewards miles used for the reward will not be credited to the member’s account.

Rewards Miles or Reward Tickets Abuse
Fraud or any act of dishonesty in relation to the 7th Heaven Rewards Programme is subject to administrative and legal action and may result in termination of membership, and forfeiture of all accrued rewards miles and tickets.

Transfer of Membership
A member may not transfer or assign their membership to any other individual, trust or estate.

Rewards Miles Expiration
Rewards miles will expire after 36 months if there is no activity in the member’s account.
Activity is defined as posting miles to the customer account from flights operated by Caribbean Airlines or earned through activities with the 7th Heaven Rewards programme partners. Re-deposit of rewards miles is not considered activity. Expired rewards miles may not be reinstated

Name and Address Change
Members are responsible for advising the 7thHeaven Rewards Service Centre of any changes to name and/or address.

Any request for name change requires supporting legal documentation that includes authorized signatures. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of mailings and updates.

Members should submit 
First & last name, account number, former address, new address, new telephone numbers and e-mail address.

Inactive Membership
If no account activity is recorded over 12 consecutive months, the account will be deemed inactive.

Lost or Stolen Membership
Members should notify 7th Heaven Rewards Service Centre immediately if their membership card is lost, stolen or damaged.
