IMPORTANT NOTICE

On 01^st July, 2011, Caribbean Airlines assumed the routes which were operated by Air Jamaica Limited. As a result, many of the policies and procedures have been reviewed and restructured to be integrated with those of Caribbean Airlines.

Effective Monday, 01^st August, 2011, the following changes to the Chairman’s Club benefits are effective:

The ticketing rules for all fares booked will apply. That is, change fees, advance purchase and minimum stay requirements cannot be waived. This has become necessary as the new reservation system will automatically cancel any reservation that is not ticketed in accordance with the applicable fare rules

Additionally, the following Chairman Club benefits are no longer applicable

Guaranteed coach seating with the purchase of a Y-class (booking code) ticket

Members who fly on Caribbean Airlines at least 25 international round trip flights or 100,000 miles in a calendar year (January - December) gain membership to our exclusive Chairman’s Club for the following year, starting January 1st and enjoy the following privileges:

		Unlimited positive-space upgrades to business class, when available, for 10,000 miles per return journey with the purchase of economy fares on all flights operated by Caribbean Airlines. Upgrades can be requested up to 24 hours in advance of travel and only through the 7th Heaven Rewards Service Centre
		Business class preferential check-in and priority boarding on all flightsflights operated by Caribbean Airlines
		Expedited delivery of your rewards ticket at no additional cost
		50% bonus rewards miles on all flights operated by Caribbean Airlines
		Personalized Chairman’s Club luggage tags
		Complimentary use of business class Lounges in Kingston and Montego Bay

Rewards miles earned with partners do not count towards Chairman’s Club Level membership
