Travel Advisory
Effective October 7th 2009, customers booking in World Traveller class on codeshare British Airways flights for travel from October 7th 2009 will be subject to a new free checked baggage allowance of 1 piece and new excess baggage charges.
Customers booking up to and including October 6th 2009 for travel from October 7th 2009 will be unaffected by the new baggage policy.

Notes:
• Excess baggage charge for 1st extra bag up to 23kgs is now £40 or local equivalent, with subsequent extra bags up to 23kgs at £90 (or local equivalent) per bag.
• Excess baggage charge for heavy bags, i.e. bags in excess of 23kgs and up to 32kgs, is now £30 (or local equivalent) per bag.
• All applicable local taxes will be applied.
